My AC condenser fan stopped working yesterday, and in the extreme heat, the interior house temp rose to 84°. I called DZO at 11 p.m. today, and the tech arrived at 1 p.m. He soon discovered that the fan capacitor had burned out, and replaced it. Problem solved! The house and I are now cooling off. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Unlike previous disreputable companies, there were no excuses, or being strung along for several days. I consider the charge reasonable, and recommend DZO without reservation.
